What kind of support do you provide?

Customer service is our highest priority. We love our beloved Sharksters so much that we’d cradle them in our arms if we could, like a newborn.  That’s why we offer customer support through e-mail and toll-free at (888) SHARK-01. Our telephone support hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm Eastern. Our exceptionally knowledgeable customer service advocates will reply to all inquiries as quickly as possible, because here at SharkStores, we're not satisfied unless you're satisfied.

What is your return policy?

We take pride in offering the best deals on the web and we’re confident that our products will meet all of your expectations. We are meticulous in our product photography, descriptions, measurements and specifications and therefore, a majority of deals are not eligible for returns.  If a product is eligible for returns you can see which return policy it's eligible for under the Shipping & Returns tab.

Items which are eligible for returns must be returned in the exact condition it was received by you; in brand-new, unworn condition with security tags intact and still have all tags, manuals, warranty cards, cases and packaging. If your item is in worn condition or any security tags, stickers maunals, warranty cards, cases or packaging are missing your return will be rejected or levied a 15% restocking fee. Rejected products will be returned to you and a reason will be provided as to why. It is at our sole discretion to accept returns on products which do not conform. Any return received which is acceptable but does not conform to our stated policy will be charged a 15% restocking fee and refund will be in the form of store credit. If you refuse delivery of a product and it is returned to us, you will be charged for the actual returned shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee and your refund will be in the form of store credit. Returns received in proper condition but outside the allowed returned period will be charged a 15% return fee and your refund will be issued in the form of store credit. Items claimed by customer to be defective which are returned for a refund via prepaid label and are found to be non-defective will be treated as a standard return and the actual prepaid return label cost will be deducted from your refund. Items claimed to be defective which are returned to us for an exchange via prepaid label and are found to be non-defective will be shipped back to the customer and the customer will be charged the actual prepaid return label cost and shipping costs of returning product to customer. If customer declines to have the product returned the product will be refunded minus prepaid return label cost. It is at our sole descretion to accept returns received with no RMA number. If a return arrives with no RMA number and is accepted you will be charged a 15% restocking fee and the refund will be in the form of store credit.

You must request an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number prior to returning any products to SharkStores. Returns without an RMA number will be returned to the sender. If you would like to request an RMA number, please contact our friendly customer service advocates using our online form or call us at (888) SHARK-01. We’ll be glad to assist!

What if my item arrives damaged?

We take extra care to ensure that you'll receive your deal with no damage or defects. Occasionally, items do break during transit. That really burns our toast. In the event you receive a defective product, we'll be glad to exchange your unused item at no additional cost to you. Just give us a call at 888-SHARK-01 or e-mail us and we'll take care of you right away!

What happens to refused or returned deliveries?

If a shipped package is returned back to us due to customer error, i.e. wrong shipping address, refused, and unclaimed package, and international package refusal due to customs issues, we will contact you to verify the order details and to find out if you would like the item reshipped. If you request a reshipment of said package, then a reshipment fee that is equal to the initial standard shipping fee will be charged. If a refund is preferred, then the purchase price will be refunded minus any shipping charges.

Payments and Order Verification

We accept payment through our website's secure server via all major credit cards. We use a secure encrypted server on the page that your credit card information is collected so your information is guaranteed safe and secure. Please ensure that you are putting in the correct billing address that your credit card issuer has on record for you. Any other address may cause further delay in processing your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order(s) that cannot be verified.

My watch needs service! Is my warranty valid?

Most watches sold on SharkStores.com include a manufacturer’s warranty and a time period for which the warranty is valid. If your watch is malfunctioning, needs service, etc., please contact the manufacturer. In the unlikely event that the manufacturer does not honor the warranty, don’t worry. All watches sold at SharkStores are covered under SharkStores' Warranty Concierge Service™.

What is SharkStores Warranty Concierge Service™?

We’re glad you asked. SharkStores Warranty Concierge Service is pretty spectacular. This service is offered from the date of your purchase until the manufacturer's warranty expires. As an authorized dealer of many of the products we sell, we are able to sell the watches along with the stamped, authorized warranty from the manufacturer. However, we are not an authorized dealer of all the watches we sell (yet another reason we're able to bring you these deals at such a deep discount). If for any reason you have an issue with a product purchased through SharkStores and the manufacturer will not honor the warranty, we will provide SharkStores' Warranty Concierge Service under the exact same terms and conditions as the manufacturer's warranty. E-mail or call us at (888) SHARK-01 and we will make sure that either the manufacturer will repair your watch directly, or we will will fix it for you. Plus, we guarantee that all work done through SharkStores Warranty Concierge Service will be performed by certified watch experts!

I just learned about a previous SharkStores deal. Can I still order this merchandise?

Unfortunately, all SharkStores merchandise is available only on the day that it is offered. All customers have until midnight (or until the item sells out) to take advantage of these great deals. What are my shipping options?

For your convenience, SharkStores offers several shipping options. Most items ship from our warehouse within 2 business days using the shipping method you select. Some items may take up to 10 business days to ship.  

How can I track my order?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation containing the tracking number of your package once your item ships. Shipping information is available on your Account page, where you can also track your order.

What countries does SharkStores ship to?

SharkStores ships to the United States (and its territories) and Canada. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and Guam as well as all US Armed Forces addresses worldwide. And yes, Nanook, that includes Inupiaq Region of Northwest Alaska.
